Army Truck Driving Kent

This is a 1 hour experience and is for one to one tuition only. This takes place near Canterbury in Kent. The Instructor will talk you through and demonstrate the ex workhorse of the British army first. This is fun in itself! Now its your turn to drive. Starting off on the easier aspects of the track and then progressively driving more and more difficult obstacles you will end up driving the Instructors demo track. How difficult and challenging this may be is dependent on weather and ground conditions on the day. Once 8 tons of lorry starts to slide down a hill you wont be stopping in a hurry! The track will include slopes, side banks, varying tracks and mud and water It is a completely different, exciting and exhilarating experience if you have never driven off road and never driven a truck before. Even if you have we guarantee it is fun.

Max weight 18stone Max height 6’5”

All drivers must be aged from 17 yrs old and hold a valid driving license

Any medical conditions that may occur and affect participation must be disclosed to the Instructor prior to starting. You will be asked to sign and accept operators terms for participation and declare that you are fit to take part and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

There is a Car Park, on site cabin, refreshments and toilet facilities which are all immediately adjacent to the activity track!

Dress Code

Sensible outdoor clothing but suitable for driving. Ground conditions are rough and so a strong shoe with ankle protection is advisable. No high heels chaps!

Spectators

Accompanying spectators are welcome and can watch the action from areas around the track and take photos and video if they wish. Spectators must also adhere to operators Health and Safety and on site rules.
