Half or Full Day Rally Oxfordshire

Now is your chance to find out what its like behind the wheel of a pro rally car. Sitting next to a fully trained instructor, you will learn the tricks of the trade that have made drivers like Colin McCrae household names, as you blast round a rally course at one of our UK venues.

HALF DAY

Your course starts with a briefing from our qualified and experienced instructors. You will then receive in-car pratical training where you will be driven slowly around the track being taught the necessary skills you need before taking the wheel of our Ford Puma front wheel drive rally cars.

Next it's your turn to put your training into practice with three driving sessions. Your instructor will assess and time you for a combination score for the 'Driver of the Day' award. Each participant will receive a certificate of achievement and a trophy is awarded to the 'Driver of the Day'.

Includes a demo lap plus a thrilling high speed chauffeured ride

FULL DAY

Your course starts with a briefing from our qualified and experienced instructors. You will then receive a demo lap, you will be driven slowly around the track being taught the necessary skills you need before taking the wheel of our front wheel drive rally cars. This is followed by two further driving sessions.

After lunch you will be taught more advanced techniques in three further driving sessions, then it's your turn to put your training into practice as your instructor assesses and times you for a combination score for the 'Driver of the Day' award. Each participant will receive a certificate of achievement and a trophy is awarded to the 'Driver of the Day'.

Duration

HALF DAY. Allow 4 hours for this activity, with approximately 35 minutes driving time

FULL DAY. Allow 8 hours for this activity, with approximately 75 minutes driving time

Availability

Weekdays & weekends throughout the year.

Restrictions

Minimum age is 17. Must hold a current driving licence. Participants must be a minimum of 5'0" and a maximum 6'6" and weighing no more than 16 stone

Dress Code

Wear casual clothing and soft soled shoes suitable for driving.

Spectators

For safety reasons, these numbers are restricted to 2 per driver. We cannot allow persons under the age of 11 to spectate and if between the ages of 11 & 16 must be accompanied by a spectating adult. Additional spectators may be pre-booked (subject to availability and at a small charge). NO DOGS ALLOWED.

Other Details

You will be required to sign an indemnity on the day stating 'I hereby declare that I am in good health and that my eyesight is up to the standard required for a road driving test and that I am not suffering from epilepsy of haemophilia or any other illness or disability that might make it unsafe for me to drive a motor vehicle. I am not under the influence of alcohol, unprescribed drugs or drugs which could cause drowsiness.
