Report to: Event Manager

Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for hospitality staff within the Automotive Driving Events Industry. Everyman Racing the largest supplier of driving experiences and events, currently supplying over 200,000 drives per year. We operate from our own facility at the site of the Prestwold driving centre which is based in Leicestershire at our purpose-built race circuit. We also operate from many other prestigious race circuits in the U.K such as Goodwood, Brands Hatch, Lydden Hill, Mallory Park and many more locations.

The job role requires a wide range of skills and will see you performing a lot of different roles on our events. Our hospitality staff are based all across the UK and operate at a variety of different venues for us. The main responsibility of our hospitality staff is to look after our customers and ensure they have the best experience possible.

Roles:

  •  All roles need to be executed to the highest standard of customer service possible. It’s the best or nothing.
  •  Sign In – Checking in customers and explaining the layout of the day and where to go next as well as possible.
  •  Photo Sales – Making sure the customers have had a good experience and get to see all the photos of their drives.
  •  Pit Coordinator – Interacting with customers before their drives and ensuring they get their drive at the right time with an instructor.
  •  USB Sales – Checking the customer's video footage and ensuring everything works with for them and they are happy with the footage.
  •  Senior Hospitality – Making sure all hospitality staff are delivering the best customer service they possibly can. Whilst dealing with any complaints or queries customers might have on the day. The senior is also there to help and staff with any questions they may have and must also help to train staff to be the best they can.
