Hours: 8:30 – 5:30 pm

 

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Sales Executive within the Automotive Events Industry. Everyman Racing is the largest supplier of driving experiences in the UK, currently supplying over 200,000 drives per year. We operate from our own facility at the site of the Prestwold driving centre which is based in Leicestershire at our purpose built race circuit. As a telephone sales executive, you will be based here in our contact centre. We currently offer our driving experiences from a number of esteemed race circuits and tracks in the U.K including Goodwood Motor Circuit, Brands Hatch, Lydden Hill, Mallory Park and many more locations.

We are looking for self-motivated and target driven individual with a willingness to learn and an aptitude for selling. We need you to have a desire to be successful and to be prepared to make the commitment to a rapidly growing business where you can realise your full personal and financial potential.

You will work on a basic salary with uncapped commission, OTE of £50,000 and various incentives when goals are hit.

The Role:

  •  Upsell customers to better products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services
  •  Generate new business and develop existing customer relationships
  •  Respond to inbound telephone calls with confidence and provide a first-class service each and every time
  •  Be able to identify selling opportunities
  •  Analyse the customer’s needs quickly and effectively
  •  Build a rapport with each individual customer
  •  Deal with enquiries and follow up on potential leads in a timely fashion
  •  Take incoming customer calls, process sales, and accept payment for products and services
  •  Confidently answer questions about product specifications and pricing
  •  Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
  •  Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably on the telephone, with proven records of meeting and surpassing targets.
